This Sunday was extra special because Pastor Hector got his new sound system! It was great having amplified sound again, thank you Lord!

For the start of the school season the ministry team brought school supplies.

During the unloading and setting up process Debbie Johnson made a new friend. A young boy came up to her and asked if we were giving away stuff. She told him we were going to have a church service first and talk about Jesus, then we would eat and give away school supplies. ( backpacks, crayons, paper, notebooks etc.) She asked him if he ever go's to church and he said no, but he would go ask his dad if he could go to church and hear about Jesus.

He came back a few minutes later and said it was okay to come! Reflecting back on that it was very cool to see this young boy sitting in the front row with Debbie soaking up the worship, the service, the caring people etc.

During the message, the boy admitted to Debbie that his dad drank a lot of beer. He was just so open and honest it made me smile. It was also nice seeing him with school supplies and a good meal afterward. I'm sure he had a lot to tell his parents afterward. You never know whose heart you can touch when you go to the Park. We fed over 100 people and it was only a small group from the T.O. Vineyard and the Korean church in L.A.

Over 15 people accepted Christ in their lives and most I'm sure didn't even know this Sunday was going to be something special. I'm just glad God knows what is going on, and as the heavens rejoice so do we.
