November 18th 2007: The Nations came to Macarthur Park – The Word was shared!

This young boy had his first banana in a long time. He couldn’t get it peeled right, he wanted it so badly he took a bite out of the peeled area while holding the other good part in his hand.

Thank you to all the churches from Ventura and Los Angeles Counties who participated in serving those in most need at Macarthur Park. May your Thanksgiving Day be blessed and filled with thankfulness for all the Lord does in our lives and those around us.

Join us for Christmas at the park, Sunday December 16th, for details please contact Debbie Johnson at KITTYLADY6@aol.com We will be serving a ham dinner with all the fixings. Food & financial donations will be needed as well as unwrapped toys for the kids ages 0-12 as well as sets of new winter hats, mittens and scarves. For general clothing donations please keep in mind warmer items, sweaters, water resistant jackets, ponchos, sleeping bags, blankets etc.
