Men of Action

Be part of a network that is committed to uniting Christian leaders for high-caliber Men’s Ministry. Help raise the bar for men as they consider God's call for ministry, both within our churches and in the community we live in.

Men’s Ministry leaders from all across Ventura County are partnering with ACTION to develop a Network called
“Men of Action.”

Our Mission: “Uniting Christian Leaders in Ventura County for
High-Caliber Men's Ministry”

Welcome to the Men of Action network. We thank you for your interest in a strategic effort to build a network of Men's Ministries across Ventura County. We want to help raise the bar for men as they consider God's call for ministry, both within our churches and in the community we live in. If you can get involved or can send 1-2 of your key leaders in men's ministry to participate, that would be a big boost to these efforts. Meetings are held 4-5 times a year, as needed. Key Elements of the Men of Action Network
• Large, community-wide events to cast vision and mobilize men
   for ministry
• Next Steps after community-wide events. Cell Teams meet weekly;
   Life Journal
• Looking to build the next generation of Christian men
• Larger churches can open their events for smaller churches
• Understanding the times we live in and what to do - 1 Chronicles 12:32
• Mentoring as a key means of discipleship and also outreach to the
  community
