Church Team Leader responsibilities

•   Be the main contact with ACTION for your church

•   Oversee Annual Serve Weekend promotion at your church

•   Oversee sign-up process for Serve Weekend at your church

•   Recruit a team leader for each of your church’s projects

•   Help your team leaders with project assessment and resources

•   Set a tone in your church for showing and telling the Love of Christ

•   Stay in touch with ACTION

•   Pray for God to bless the people serving, those served and
     the whole process
